An awesome ride which started with the sky's filled with the sun and ended with light rain. At The Duck Pond, we were greeted with a warm breakfast which was out of this world with piping hot plates, and the company of new vistors by the fire place was equally pleasant.

What a fantastic turn out, 54 riders and 40 bikes started up at the dealership on Sunday morning. On route several more bikes joined up. Perfect day for a ride through one of the best passes in the Western Cape. After a quick stop in Wellington where the locals were woken up, it was off through the pass. Our head road captain leading us safely through the tight turns pointing out all possible problem areas.

Then safe into the parking at the Calabash with a great breakfast being served. After breakfast, several riders opted to go through Slanghoek and over Du Toits Kloof pass. What can I say, a brilliant Sunday morning ride thanks to all.
